I have known Vinson through a college friend. I reached out to him, due the negligence of another company. I can truly say that I started the process in October. Had three death in my family and I told Vinson I was gonna take a break. Not a few days later, Vinson called and said I have house for you. In my mind, I was like I know I asked for a few days. But, I got up and met him at the address. I took two of my babies with me. And Omg!!! We fell in love this home immediately. Nonetheless, let's just say I closed on December 30, 2020. Vinson has a spirit for this thing that he does. He doesn't give up and he won't let you quit either. I just want to say Thank You to Vinson and his Team: Mrs. Shelia, Laura, Tiffany, and the Lady I signed Docs with, Andrea. I cried so much from the shock and happiness I kept calling her Jennifer, but definitely not her name... Lol

Vinson Bracey did a better job than I could have ever imagine. He displayed professionalism from the initial call and it continued throughout the entire process. He made the process stress-free. My son and I would recommend him for all your realtor needs. I can't thank Vinson enough.

I bought a house with Vinson as my agent. He was very responsive to my requests and easy to work with when it came to scheduling viewings. I enjoy things

When we found Vince, we weren't necessarily looking for a realtor. We just wanted to see a specific house and were pretty much doing things on our own. We went to the office to speaking with him about one house, and well the rest is a blur! Things took off from there. Vince was easy to work with and had great follow-up. We located our new home, made an offer and closed the deal in less that 40 days. Great realtor and easy to work with!

Vinson helped us buy our perfect little house. He knew when we saw it that it was the one, and helped us stay grounded and knowledgeable throughout the offer, inspection, and signing processes. As first time buyers, we did not have the knowledge to make any of it happen on our own, but Vinson was happy to explain what was going on at every step of the way.
