Trusting someone you have just met can be difficult but Vinson made it easy. I have children older than him but he approached with such care and professionalism. I lol for that. Because that is important. He made me feel like I was his only client and I appreciate that. He was thorough. I thought I would have many questions but he made sure he answered before I asked. Distance was an issue for me (I am from Nashville looking in Memphis 3hrs and 40mins away) he was my set of my eyes for and was there for the inspector (during rain and snow). It was constant text msg communication due to I worked office hours but also talked on the phone when I was available (he was always there for any questions / concerns) so great communication skills. I feel overall this process was a little longer than expected but good overall. I was given ideals on financing and thoughts of personal views which helped. The process was kept professional and good communication between both parties. Communication was important to me. It is often where the buyer is trying to find everything but it is good to have that realtor that can explain and give ideal houses. So I'm pleased with the out come.

Vinson is very professional. I was a first time home buyer. He did what he needed  to do to make sure I was comfortable. He took his time with me and looked and examined each house with me . He went the extra mile to make sure I was in my house by Christmas. I will always love him for that .

It was a great experience working with Vinson! He walked us through the entire process which made it a lot easier and digestible because we never sold a house before. He always provides accurate information and timely communication. Five stars for sure!

Mr. Bracey gets a 10 star rating from us. He explained everything clearly. He listed our house for a day and a half and brought us 18 offers, one of which was 35,000 above asking price No inspection all cash as is and we closed two weeks later . He stayed in constant touch through out so we always knew what was going on. He gave us peace and confidence—truly an answer to our prayers. Congratulations on having such an outstanding, professional on your team!!

Vinson Bracey was hands down the best agent I’ve ever dealt with. I have moved to several states and, of course, bought several houses. I’ve had a range of experiences with agents and Vinson surpassed them all! He was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and he kept me in the loop every step of the way.
